I believe that the greatest compliment I can receive is a referral from a client and I work hard to receive that recognition. It shows in my history: 90% of my business is from referrals from satisfied clients - many of whom I cultivate lifelong relationships and friendships. I focus not only on finding just the right home, but also on the many ways to finance the property. I help you determine the importance of location vis a vis commuting, and what the energy levels surrounding the property appear to be. My goal is to build lifelong relationships with my clients by providing unparalleled service, education and advice.
My special interests lie in finding and creating places for people to live whether finding a resale home or creating an entire new neighborhood. In developing neighborhoods, it is important to create an environment where people can enjoy life to the fullest, where energy abounds and where quality and value prevail.
